By booking a service with 838Performance, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All listed prices reflect standard vehicle conditions and may vary depending on vehicle size and condition.
2. Vehicle Condition
Service pricing assumes a reasonably maintained vehicle. Vehicles with excessive dirt, sand, pet hair, stains, mold, biohazards, or other extreme conditions may require additional time and additional charges. Customers will be notified and approval will be requested before any additional work is performed.
3. Pet Hair & Excessive Debris
Heavy pet hair, sand, mud, or excessive debris may require specialized tools and additional labor. An additional fee may apply depending on the severity of the condition.
4. Personal Belongings
Customers must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and important items from the vehicle prior to the appointment. 838Performance is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit toward a future appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking payment.
6. Weather Policy
Because 838Performance operates as a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, or extreme temperatures. Customers will be contacted as soon as possible to reschedule.
7. Service Location Requirements
Customers must provide a safe and appropriate working environment for service. This includes adequate space around the vehicle and permission to operate at the service location. 838Performance reserves the right to refuse service if the location is unsafe or unsuitable.
8. Pre-Existing Damage
838Performance is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, cracked trim, worn interiors, loose components, or failing clear coat. Any noticeable concerns may be documented prior to service.
9. Results Disclaimer
Detailing services greatly improve vehicle cleanliness and appearance, but results may vary depending on the age, condition, and materials of the vehicle. Some stains, scratches, or defects may not be fully removable.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the concern and determine a reasonable resolution.
11. Photo & Video Consent
838Performance may take photos or videos of vehicles before, during, or after service for documentation or marketing purposes. These images will not include personally identifiable information unless permission is granted by the customer.
12. Right to Refuse Service
838Performance reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a vehicle presents unsafe working conditions or if the service location is deemed unsafe.
What to Expect During Your Detail
When your appointment begins, our technician will perform a brief visual inspection of the vehicle to assess its condition and ensure the appropriate service level. This helps identify any areas that may require additional attention.
During the service, professional detailing tools and products are used to safely clean and restore interior and exterior surfaces. Service times may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and the package selected.

Preparing Your Vehicle for Service
To help us provide the best possible service, please prepare your vehicle before your appointment.
• Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is parked in an accessible location with adequate working space
• Secure or remove fragile items and aftermarket accessories if necessary
• Inform us of any areas of concern before service begins
