Refund Policy

838Performance requires full payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The following refund policy applies to all services booked through our website.

 

Cancellations

 

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

 

Late Cancellations

 

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

No-Shows

 

If a customer fails to appear for a scheduled appointment or the vehicle is unavailable at the scheduled service time, the appointment may be considered a no-show and the booking payment may be forfeited.

 

Weather Rescheduling

 

If severe weather prevents service from being performed safely, the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

 

Service Satisfaction

 

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

 

Refund Processing:

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
